As a Full Stack Web and Blockchain Developer, I contributed to the development of the Real Time Feedback platform, focusing on the administrative side using Laravel, React and Socket.io. The platform allows businesses to interact with customers in real time, addressing their concerns and improving service quality promptly.

The Challenge

Traditional feedback systems often lead to delayed responses and unresolved issues, which can negatively impact customer satisfaction and business reputation. The challenge was to develop a system that enables instant feedback and real-time communication between customers and business managers, ensuring issues are addressed before customers leave the premises.

The Approach & Solution

I utilized Laravel for backend development and Socket.io for real-time communication to create a robust and responsive admin interface. Key features include:
